All the staff I deal with are polite and efficient. The surgery is clean and comfortable and I can book follow on appointments up to a month later on leaving the Doctor/ Nurse

Dr Choudhury was very thorough and enabled me to get a same day xray and blood tests...will see me in 7 days when he has results...fingers crossed its not serious!

I do find some of the reception extremely rude and not very helpful.
Getting to make an appointment can be very hard work, there should be a 48 hour appointment window.
Lots of delays, I have waited between 15-35 mins on many occasions.

The nurse I saw this morning (8:00 am 19th June 15 room 19) was very helpful and empathetic.
She listened and gave some very good advice and acted immediately. I never felt fobbed off.
